These include the 1997 "Developer of the Year," "Deal of the Year," "Retail Development of the Year," "Retail Sale of the Year" and "Retail Lease of the Year." Brenda Dill has received the prestigious Pinnacle Award given by the Tulsa Commission on the Status of Women as "Business Woman of the Year" for her involvement in the Southroads redevelopment.
Mr. Dill has over 33 years of experience in the commercial real estate business and is directly responsible for leasing over 5,000,000 square feet of office and retail space. As a broker, Vector has successfully sold over 4,000,000 square feet of commercial property. Development experience includes the development of over 3 million square feet of office, retail centers and multifamily projects. Vector is an Oklahoma real estate broker and holds a Broker / Dealer Securities License.
